Meet Dr. Boyce

I’m Dr. Boyce, a relational intelligence specialist grounded in trauma science and nervous system regulation, with over two decades of experience supporting high-functioning individuals, couples, and families in building relational stability under pressure.

Relational stability is built by understanding how stress patterns shape connection.

My work focuses on the relational dynamics that surface during conflict, performance demands, and life transitions. Together, we strengthen the internal regulation and relational capacities that support steadiness and repair.

I integrate evidence-based trauma treatment within a structured framework designed to translate emotional healing into relational intelligence. The goal is not simply insight. It is steadiness, clarity, and long-term resilience in your most important relationships.

Trauma-Informed,

Healing-Centered Care

A trauma-informed, healing-centered approach addresses the impact of trauma while supporting your ability to regain stability, clarity, and connection. This work integrates emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and resilience-building to support lasting well-being.

Dr. Boyce’s integrative process recognizes the connection between mind and body, helping clients move toward sustainable emotional health and personal transformation.

Whether you are navigating relational strain, unresolved trauma, leadership stress, or generational patterns within your family, our work is deliberate, contained, and growth-oriented.

  • Trauma can affect many aspects of life—emotionally, psychologically, and relationally. A healing-centered approach recognizes these impacts while supporting clients in moving toward stability, understanding, and meaningful change.

  • Each session is shaped around your experiences, history, and current goals. Therapy may address relationship trauma, childhood experiences, chronic stress, or patterns that continue to affect emotional well-being.

  • Rather than focusing only on symptoms, Dr. Boyce’s healing-centered approach builds on each client’s strengths, supporting the development of emotional resilience, clarity, and self-trust.

  • This work integrates trauma-informed therapy with mind-body awareness to support the processing of difficult experiences and restore a healthier connection between emotional and physical well-being.

  • Clients develop practical skills and deeper self-understanding that support healing from trauma while strengthening relationships, emotional regulation, and long-term personal growth.

  • "Healing begins with recognizing your power of choice."
